Anna Loverus

I advise leaders on AI and high-stakes decisions. I help them use new technology to truly change how their organisations think and work.

For the last 15 years, I’ve worked with organisations such as Spotify, H&M, Zalando, Sveriges Radio, Meta and Bonnierförlagen. In 2025, I was named one of Sweden’s 99 Women in Technology by Resumé. I’m also a PhD candidate at the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics.

My mom taught me to code when I was nine. Not because she wanted me to become a developer, but to show me what technology could do. It’s been shaping how I work ever since.

I often work hands-on with senior leaders to help them act on insights. I combine an understanding of human behaviour with systems thinking and design methods. You can read more about some of the work I’ve done here.

Today I work through Better Odds, my advisory firm. I also teach and speak regularly on AI, leadership and digital change, and am represented by Athenas Talare.
